"I recently completed a major remodel of my home with Brother and Brother Builders. It was a huge undertaking that I had put off for years. The unknown and finding a contractor I felt comfortable working with was truly challenging. Finally, after many interviews, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dror Postiner. I only had a very rough idea of what I wanted which Included an open floor plan and the addition of a 2nd bathroom. Dror and his team filled in all the details and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project. From the design team, vendor recommendations and Drorâ s personal assistance in the choosing of materials was extremely helpful in reducing the stress of the whole process. We were right in the middle of the project when the pandemic required the project to come to a halt. Dror was in constant communication with updates. Once the city allowed construction to resume, his team responded swiftly. They were able to schedule inspections very quick putting the project right back on track. I highly recommend the services of Dror Positner as a project manager and Brother and Brother Builders."

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."

"Everything went better than expected.  Eric was reliable, responsible, and highly competent.  He is a pleasant guy to work with and explained things as he went along.  He is an incredibly hard worker and so is everyone on his crew.  They started on time every morning and stayed with it consistently.  He always made sure to cover exposed areas and crawl spaces (so critters couldn't get in at night) if he had to stop work and pick up the next day.  He's very clean, making sure things were picked up and hauled away.  Eric is very fair and conscientious.  He's communicative and doesn't do anything without the homeowner's permission.   I'm glad to know he can do just about any type of job that needs done -- big or small.  He will be my go-to person for jobs I need done around the house from now on."
