"I've used Alphonso several time for various jobs. The first job was to diagnose a HVAC unit that was not working. Another was to install electrical conduit on the outside of a house for motion lights. Another time was to pull wire in order to create a 220 A outlet for an electric range. Ray came to the office with a sense of urgency, and not only checked out the electrical panel, but looked at every individual outlet that was not working.
