"Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects."

"Harvey and his team did a wonderful bathroom renovation. It was a complete gut and overhaul of my bathroom. The team did tiling, flooring, new tub, new toilet, new sink, new plumbing and it looks amazing. "Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. "I cannot say enough good things about Langston Homes. Rich and the guys were all friendly and polite, and I felt completely comfortable with all of them. They were always on time and very clean and respectful. I was worried about leaving my dog home during the day, but she immediately took to them and was sad to see them leave. When I first spoke to Rich, I only had plans to redo my kitchen. This expanded to many other rooms in my house, and I ended up redoing my bathroom and whole downstairs as well. They brought all of my ideas to life, and always gave their input and accommodated my many changes and requests. "These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
