"Steve, was very nice, worked quickly and repaired the fence and met my expectations. He cleaned after his work was finished. The only bad part is he did not take credit cards. Check or cash only."

"He was very prompt in coming and was very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed that he was running behind and when he would be here which I appreciated and they did not keep us in the dark. I am considering contacting them in the future."

"We were wanted to change the look of the house. so we decided to switch to a tile roof instead of shingles. We called a couple places to get some quotes. All had a lot of good things to offer, but not the color I wanted. Then I saw a sign for TLC in front of a house and did some research on here and other sites. Decided to call them, the office personnel were very polite and were very detailed.
They sent John out to meet us, he was very knowledgeable and had lots of samples on hand. He took measurement and sat with us and explain what needed to be done in order to switch. He brought exactly what we asked for when we spoke to the office.
I wish it was a little cheaper but it was what we wanted.
John told us that the job would take no more than 4 days, The demolition took about a day. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. they replaced any wood that was damaged and laid the tar paper the second day. and the third they laid the tile roofing. they finished a day before expected and everything turn out great. there were no leaks during the rains that came soon after.
i would definitely use John and TLC again."

"I contacted ET Builders to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Tommy, the project supervisor. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the needed permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would very much recommend ET Builders for any remodeling/construction job you may have. These guys are straightforward and wonderful to work with!"

Wrought iron fence installation costs $1,200 to $4,200 on average. Your final cost depends on several factors, including the length and height of the fence, the intracity of the ornamental design, and the quality of the materials used. Iron fences cost $7,000 or more to install on the high end. Wrought iron fences are more expensive than fences made using other materials.

Wrought iron railings cost an average of $2,600, including labor and materials. Hiring a professional to install iron railings is crucial to ensure accuracy and safety. The price depends on the type of metal used, installation location, aesthetic elements, and whether you’re installing it indoors or outdoors. You should never paint over rusted wrought iron fencing. All this does is mask the underlying issue, as rust can slowly deteriorate the integrity of your iron fence, diminishing its durability and stability.
