"We started this project with Rob from Fire It Up. We had a crack in the floor of the fireplace to be fixed and we wanted gas logs installed. Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote. Once he started the job, Rob sealed all the cracks and after a couple days when the cement had cured, he was able to install the gas logs. Rob even returned to fix the way the fire displayed through the logs when we indicated that we were not initially satisfied. He made it right. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. The also cut it into smaller pieces so I could split the wood. They cleaned up their work area. They also laid out the gravel and sand base so l had a great start on installing my patio pavers.
