"I needed a new A/C unit, both inside and out at my apartment in Ocala. Dave and Christian were ..... so great! Polite, kind, professional, courteous. They both introduced themselves, asked if they could the sink or bathroom. Just super nice guys. They collaborated well together and helped each other out. "The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

"Ben and Luke arrived on time and went right to work analyzing the electrical problem. They changed the damaged receptacle and made sure the microwave was again up and running. In addition, they checked to ensure there was no damage to the electrical box in garage and wiring was adequate. Both were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. Great service provided by the two young men. Will definitely call Gray Brothers for future electrical work. The Angie's List discount was also appreciated."

By coincidence we were cold called by anther solar company which were sketchy in their presentation giving nonsense discounts and promising to remove and reinstall their panels for free. I've been in sales a lot of years and they didn't pass the smell test. So, we checked with our roofers and they recommended 3D Solar. From beginning to end these guys were professionals. They were truthful in every respect. They fully explained all aspects of the system. They were also a soft sell and insisted we contact them after the new roof before proceeding. We had the new roof installed and then had the new solar installation done. The installers were neat and professional. Every panel lines up and looks great. The unit in the garage looks terrific. They explained everything about the new system and answered all of my questions. A month later my electric bill arrived and was actually $0. Within another week we received notice of a refund. "Wanting to add more solar I was lucky enough to hooked up with Matt Mishler a very knowledgeable sales representative. Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly.
