"My bifold closet doors broke and needed to be replaced. When JR came out to install them, he was so very personable and had the doors up in no time. All adjustments were made outdoors so as not to leave saw dust in my house - he even asked for a broom and swept the sidewalk when he was done. This company understands customer service! "They removed tiles on 4000 sq ft home, replaced all the felt, the wooden runners, all new flashing and metal bird gaps on edges. It took 6 days with a great crew. Came out perfect. Had a lot of neighbors using them since our houses are 22 years or more. Weston was a great person to deal with."

"I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. "Ed, the Tech arrived on time, inspected old (17 yr) opener that was not working and found that the motherboard, or the whole unit, would need to be replaced. Decided that after 17 years of use, it would be better to replace the old unit. Ed installed Liftmaster 8365 Premium Series 1/2HP AC Motor with 7' Chain Rail and tuned the rollers"

"Excellent service, courteous and professional. Tony came the day I called to view the doors and give a quote, he came back a few days later and repaired the mirrored sliding doors that were off the track and then replaced rollers on the other mirrored sliding door set. He also replaced sliders on a patio door. I would highly recommend this company and would hire Tony in the future.
