One oft he filters that came with the system was defective and the water flow restriction not operational with water going to drain instead of tank. Adam tested water & found out we have been drinking tap water quality, he did trouble shooting on the system, isolated filter, talked to RO manufacturer & isolated Mfg defect & repaired the water flow. Now the tank is filling, pressure is good & drinking water quality is good.
The tub was replaced by another plummer a couple of years ago. In the process, the plastic tubing where the plug goes was damaged & plug was poorly held in place with potty - water was draining underneath the tub rather than through the damaged drain tubing. Adam diagnosed & fixed the problem to our satisfaction.
