"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us"

All in all, I was satisfied with the service provided by this company.  However, I should note that the the pipe did not at first appear to be properly sealed as small drops of water could be detected for the first day or two after the plumbing job was completed.  I called the main office and the lady that I spoke to was very friendly and responsive to my concern.  She offered to send out a plumber again to remedy any lingering problem. As it turned out, the small drops of water that could be seen the first day or two eventually ceased to be a problem.  I'm not sure if this was time that it took for the glue to fully bond.  Anyway, the consternation of the small (very small, in fact) leak immediately following the completion of the plumbing job made me lose confidence in this company and for this reason, I will not use them again.
