"Angelo & crew were excellent! Grade A quality of work, extremely polite, and just a pleasure to work with. They completed our addition in a time manor and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. We HIGHLY recommend Joseph and Sons for any project and we will never use another company to do any work in our home other than Joseph and Sons. Thanks Angelo!!!"

"The best! Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant were a pleasure to work with over the course of several months last year. I have dealt with many contractors, both personally and professionally, and I can tell you that they should be your first call on any project. The work was done on time and on budget. We added some things to the project, but in no way did they push us to add a single additional item. In fact, we added a complete rebuild of the deck after the project had begun and there was no premium on the additional cost as compared to other contractors who know they have a captive audience. They were present at the property nearly every single day of the project, including Saturdays, as opposed to other contractors who simply give the work to subcontractors and check in once or twice a week, at best. In other words, they know what is going on at all times and are able to give guidance and direction to the subs, and us, on site. They are also more than willing to listen and make any adjustments without crushing you with additional costs! And, they actually work and work hard (especially through the brutal, brutal summer heat last year when we lost our air conditioning for a couple of weeks). I have known Keith and the crew for many years and there is nobody else I would trust to complete such an extensive project which included: completely new roof, all new siding, replacement of every single window in the house (which Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant) did personally, new addition (which included replacement of primary first floor structural beam), new primary bath and primary closets, new flooring, whole house painting including ceilings and more. Lastly, they don’t bite off more than they can chew which sets them so far apart from every contractor we have ever dealt with. Personal touch, presence, attentiveness and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!"

"Matt and the entire team of professionals at Prestige Design & Build were prompt, courteous, meticulous and hard working. My family and I are 100% pleased with the beautiful job they completed in our home and I definitely look forward to planning additional renovations with them in the near future. Much appreciation to Matt for his personable communication."

"Aaron was great to work with, and him and his team did great quality work at very reasonable prices. Built to Last is able to help tackle just about any home project, so we look forward to working together to make our new house our home!"

"Carmello and team were delightful to work with. We had a porch deck that was rotting and we wanted it repaired but additionally wanted the porch screened in. The team started right away after hiring. We knew there may be surprises along the way, considering there was rot. Carmello was communicative and flexible to help ensure that our new porch would be safe and solid. Each day, the worksite was left swept and tidy. We will absolutely be working with them again on future projects."

"They came right away to measure the room and sent us the price in a few days. His work and workers were excellent. I want to hire them for more jobs. I highly recommend them to the highest rating."

"When you I hired Gomez Vision construction LLC The workers are like family, honest and they understood all the construction drawings pretty well. We build long standing relationships with this the Project Manager of this company who was dedicated on my project addition. I highly recommend this construction company to everyone"

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"My family had the pleasure of contracting John and his crew to remodel our kitchen. We live in a nearly century-old house that was not properly cared for by the previous owner, and our original kitchen showed it. John helped us plan out a full remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, and ceiling (the latter two were originally slanted and uneven). He was communicative and thorough during the planning phase and his crew was always on time, professional, and thorough during the actual construction work. John was on site each day to supervise and keep us in the loop on how things were progressing. They caught multiple major structural/functional issues along the way that they were able to fix without it even impacting their timeline for the project. Thanks to John, my family now has a beautiful, functional kitchen. We will definitely be reaching out to him when we start additional projects in our house!"
