"Marley arrived at our home and assessed the repair of our washing machine. He replaced the boot seal and performed an operational check, no issues. Marley and his partner then reinstalled the dryer on top of the washer in a very tight space. The technicians were polite, professional and competent. Would definitely use Quality Tech Repair for any future appliance repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My washer was not draining. Morris County Appliance came out the next day and replaced the motor. Very professional, neat and clean. Thank you. I would recommend them. They were up front about all the charges and had the part with them to fix it."

"Technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Once the part came in he returned promptly and completed the repair. The home office also followed up with me throughout the entire process. Would definitely hire again."

"HIGHLY recommend Mike and team. Washer wouldn't drain and with 2 little ones in the house, you need a washer. Much to my surprise, they came the very next morning right when they said they would. They were in and out within an hour, price was exceptional and they were sweet as pie! Hire these guys....they know their stuff!"

"Oscar came to repair my washer. He was the nicest repair man EVER. He was professional, appreciative, and just a joy to have repair my washer. I cannot say enough kind words, but I will always recommend this company, and Oscar especially. He came on a Saturday morning. He was on time. I did not call until 8:30 am on Saturday, he called at 9 and was here by 10:30 and fixed my washer. He did not leave a mess, and I am back to doing laundry. Thank G d for Oscar."
