We were left hanging by another concrete company that had our yard torn up blocking drains and gutters which caused a sink hole under our foundation into our crawl space. Robert put his Superman cape on arrived with his crew of Superheroes as scheduled on Saturday 8-6-2022 to prepare and prep for the concrete. I had a follow-up phone call the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm the work that they were coming to do, and ensure that they were sending an inspector who was experienced in the type of problems I was having. <br /> On the day of service, the inspector, Chad, arrived right on time. We walked through the house and I showed him my problem areas, then he went into the crawlspace to check the foundation around the perimeter of the house. When he came back up to let me know what he had found, I of course feared the worst, but he told me he couldn't find a single problem with my foundation, that it all looked good. Part of me was bracing for a "but you need waterproofing" sales pitch, but that never came. He did say there was a little water on one wall inside, but I knew why (a clogged downspout during a storm a week earlier) and had already taken steps to fix that problem. <br /> I was obviously very happy with the outcome of the inspection, and even though I didn't have any work done, I really came away impressed with the professionalism and honesty in the way this company seems to do business.
