This was my decision as I wanted to see the work quality on the upholstery before committing to any further cleaning. I requested an estimate for the second phase which was acceptable and decided after this work was completed to do a final phase. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. "Bill came out to clean our carpet. He was very friendly, told me step by step what they were doing and how there system works. They moved my furniture around and put it back just like it was. Bill walked me through the area's they had cleanied making sure I was pleased with there service. His crew even finished the job about 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Bill even came out a second time, because I had some questions and put a neutralizer on my carpet (free of charge) and told me if I had any problems in the next 30 days they will come out at no charge and resolve any issues.
