 Bill and Dan did  a great job under 'emergency' circumstances.  My sewer line had backed up and was leaking inside my basement.  I phoned them on a Saturday morning and they arrived within hours.  They were obviously veteran plumbers with years of experience ... they knew what to do.  Came in a van that seemed to be well-stocked with tools and spare parts.  My job needed a special part.. they were out of that one but were able to source and procure it within an hour.  That was good because my situation was urgent.  They used a 'snake' to fish out the debris and a section of scrap PVC pipe from the vent line, a point of blockage.  They worked until job was complete the same day.  .

 I would recommend them, especially for difficult drainage problems.

"Workers arrived on-time for free estimate and on the day if repair. Workers were professional, thorough, and honest. They gave me multiple options for repair or replacement and explain the pros and cons of both scenarios. We went with the more expensive option of replacing the pipe as the new material used will not leak and therefore, we should never need this work completed again; if the pipe were repaired, it could leak in another section."

The job was done, but not a great job for three reasons:

(1) I purchased Angle's List one-hour coupon.  They spent about 75 min and then charged me for an extra hour.  I thought it was a typical practice but today an electrician came to fix our bathroom fan.  The electrician team spent about 70-75 min but didn't charge me anything more (I also purchased a one-hour Angle's list coupon for the electrical work). 

(2) After they finished the job, they pointed out a valve problem, which will take no more than 30 min to fix but they would rather do it next time, which mean charging me for another hour. 

(3) The guy who helped the lead plumber was not qualified for the job.  It was me that noticed the powder room pipe's leaking problem because he did not tighten the connectors.  Fortunately, the lead plumber fixed it before they left.  The company definitely needs to give its crew better training before putting them into real work.

"It went well. Teck got rite to work on the service and replaced 3 parts that were bad."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Said one of the other guys might have one available and would be back later in the day to replace it. Quoted me a price. And, although later in the evening than expected, he and his coworker were out to replace the part at less than the quoted price! I'm so pleased! He also did what he could to repair a burner on my stove at extra cost. Would certainly hire again, should the need arise."
