"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "I had another appliance company come to fix my dishwasher, and still had the same problem after 3 visits (Water not reaching top rack.). I gave up and contacted Millard. My technician arrived, did some troubleshooting, and ultimately did a careful inspection of the parts, one by one. At the end of the visit, the washer was working perfectly. I regret not getting my technician s name because I thought he was meticulous and thorough. Luckner is written on the card but I m not sure if that is his name. Anyway, I was pleased with the service and really happy to have a working dishwasher again."
