There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. Should we need to replace our HVAC system in the future, we will want Chad to handle it. Excellent service."
