"I cannot write enough positives about our experience with MASON TV AND APPLIANCE SERVICE. Marc is professional, honest and hard working. He refused to give up on our washer and ultimately diagnosed and fixed numerous problems saving us a ton of money while eliminating the need to buy new. I would have never expected such a commitment to repair our machine for us. As for returning our call on first contact, it did take few hours for him to reply but I now know why. He is just that good and has a very busy schedule. I continue to be "annoyed" by another appliance repair company even though I've told them it's been fixed. Marc did not rush the job and was pleasant on return visits needed. He never seemed irritated at our many questions or concerns throughout. He was always respectful to my husband and I and followed "covid precautions" coming and going. total $266"

"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"Jeff arrived when he said he would and called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. Jeff was in the restaurant appliance supply and repair business during his career, so he is very knowledgeable about all brands. He replaced my ice maker and advised me against spending money to repair my 13-year-old washer. I appreciated his honesty."

"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

"We purchased a prepaid "fix all broken applianced deal" on Angie's List.   We had to purchase the parts but the fee took care of their time on two visits.  The gentlemen who evaluated the appliances was thorough and even gave some suggestions for the dishwasher to help it clean better.  The parts were ordered and they arrived in a few days and they came back out and installed.  I would definitely use again - informed, polite and honest - all the things you look for in appliance repair.
