Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Mike Hunt was also very instrumental in getting our situation righted and sending Jake our way. A big thanks to Mike and Jake for making this a successful install. "Sadly one of the sloppiest contractors I've ever hired. We had our existing hardwood floors refinished and carpet replaced with hardwood in 3 rooms. It was a very large project, almost 2000 square feet that they finished in 4 days. Then spent an entire next day fixing mistakes. Mistakes like nails in the middle of the floor that was just refinished, many finishing nails left hanging in trim, stain can rings left in multiple places, improper sanding, and leaving areas looking worse than before they started. Mike told me "stop kneeling on the floor because your'e going to keep finding more things wrong." Watch your invoices too. We had two bundles of wood returned because they didn't need them but instead of a credit, Mike charged me for the wood until I caught his mistake. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go with a different contrractor who isn't rushing to get on to the next job and takes pride in the work."
