From helping me pick out the best flooring for my home to showing up exactly when he said he was going to be there and having an open line of communication. I’ve dealt with multiple contractors in the past and all of them gave the same experience, most of the time they wouldn’t get back to me for multiple days or they would just show up out of the blue no phone call or text and start working. If you appreciate someone that will communicate well with you and also has great knowledge of products than Keegan is your guy I will definitely be using lakes area remodels for all my future contracting needs!!"

The guys doing the work were very pleasant, but kept working the entire day and half the way into the evening. I love these men and their ethics. So I hired them to do my kitchen next. "The sales person Angie did a fantastic job helping us to understanding what all was involved. She even arranged for a little extra help. My husband had taken a fall recently and had a few broken ribs and was not able to move our new vanity into the bathroom. I talked to Angie and she said don't worry about it we'll help you out. The next night Angie and a couple of very generous gentlemen came and moved in our vanity. The whole team is just amazing. We would definitely hire them again for our next remodel. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
