He is an artist when it comes to construction. While our project was not large compared to other projects in his galley, he treated us with the same care and consideration. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and he had reasonable prices for custom cabinet work. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends!!"

"I would highly recommend Twin Cities Upholstery. From start to finish, I found TC Upholstery great to work with. After shopping at many furniture stores and not finding the style or fabric I desired, I decided to stay with my Queen Anne style, and have everything (fourteen pieces) reupholstered. I found the TC Upholstery fabric selection to be outstanding. The staff, especially Gina and Carolyn, answered my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. Each piece's upholstery specifications were clearly spelled out in a very complete invoice. The project took five weeks from pick-up to delivery, which I thought was reasonable, considering the number of pieces I had reupholstered. The furniture is beautiful and beautifully constructed. There was much attention to detail in its construction. Did I save money by going with upholstered instead of brand new furniture? That's hard to say, because I never found what I wanted at furniture stores for comparison. However, I now have exactly the style and fabric of furniture I was hoping for. I am very satisfied and will enjoy my living room, dining room, and sun room for many years to come."

"Our experience with Hal was excellent.  Before any of the work began we met with Hal a couple of times to describe our needs and discuss design options.  Hal is a good listener and after our meetings he proposed ideas that immediately reflected that.  During the job he kept in regular contact with us and solicited our preferences when situational design or construction decisions needed to be made.  Hal and his crew were always courteous, friendly and very pleasant to have working around the home.  They were also very trustworthy.  The main thing that drew us to Hal was that each job he does is a custom design and is piece-built, no pre-fab.  Hal is truly a craftsman which is very rare to find. Hal used high quality, sturdy materials. The fence is straight, solid, and very pleasing to the eye. "Roger made and installed new cabinets in our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful. I called him and we met that week to discuss what I was looking for. We discussed and set a price that night. He then gave me a time line of about 6 weeks. I was remodeling my entire kitchen so I had other people lined up to complete other portions of the kitchen. He called and delayed the arrival of the cabinets twice - this caused me to have to reschedule the other people I had coming twice. The total delay was just over a month. He did always return my phone calls, the one month remodel turned into three months without a ktichen."

"Regency Floors did a very good job. They showed up when they said they would and had the job done in just two days like they said they would. The only thing I would suggest is that some kindof instruction pamplet be left so that the customer knows how long not to walk on the floor, how long to keep furniture, rugs, etc off the floor. Also, instructions on how to clean the floor and how long to wait. Just alot of unanswered questions. I'm sure Jim, our sales person, did review all this with us at the time he gave us the estimate but there was about 4 weeks from that time untilt he floor was actually done so alot was forgotten.
