Process was super simple, Nick came by and figured out what our wants and needs were. Within a few days drew it up, and provided the documents we needed for the HOA. He also took care of the permit and inspection. We put down our deposit and the materials were delivered right to our yard. Nick showed up the next morning and got started. "Estimator was courteous, and price quoted was reasonable. I have not yet had the installation done, so I cannot comment on the quality. And that is my only complaint. There is a 3-part process working with this group for shower or bath liners/replacements. 1) an estimator comes out, 2) a person comes out to do measurements and take pictures. 3) An installer is scheduled when the parts come in. Total process takes 6-8 weeks. This process is too slow and takes too much of my time. Otherwise I'd rate a 5."
