I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.

"To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
