"As most of us know when we do a remodeling project, it is real hard to find good and honest people to complete your project. Fortunately, I found Leo and Yonathan from SkyTech Builders to help me with remodeling and repairing two of the bathrooms in my family's 4-Plex building. They were very honest, polite and helpful each step of the process from start to finish. The are very patient and suggested materials and design but always thinking about quality and your budget. Overall the experience with Leo and Yonathan was top notch and we were very satisfied with the finished product. We will definitely be using Sky Tech Builders for our future construction projects."

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!"

"This company delivered solid construction results with great attention to safety and quality. The crew was experienced and organized. The final build looks excellent. Very happy with their work."

"Amazing. Very professional happy crew. Joel was a Major help to us regarding design and color choices. Will now be our paint crew for our home. I would recommend them to anyone. Our cat loved them! Good sign?"

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with McCormick, and it was a fantastic experience. Khaled was informative, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding us through choices for a perfect design. The team’s professionalism showed in their punctuality and quality. Every aspect was done with care, from tile placement to lighting. The transformation is truly impressive; the bathroom now feels open and luxurious. We’re beyond pleased with the result and look forward to more projects with them."

"Unable to provide estimate/work. Too preoccupied w/other jobs."

"GVR finished up two weeks early and handled multiple, significant change orders, including re-roofing two structures. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on the work and would highly recommend them."

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."

"Our whole-home renovation included removing walls to create a more open floor plan. Victor kept the work moving efficiently and communicated progress regularly. The finished design feels brighter, more welcoming, and perfectly suited to our lifestyle."
