"A wonderful job. Very quick response when a tree fell on our house and caused roof damage - the roof had been installed by NexGen 5 years prior & was working well through storms and high winds. NexGen worked closely with our insurance company ensuring we received all of the compensation we needed and were due. We have had NexGen replace doors at the house as well and have been very pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, workmanship & personalized care afforded by all of the folks working there. "Mediocre work for a low price and the result is exactly what you would expect. Towards the end of my project I decided to hire someone else to finish the job. Honestly, it's hard for me to believe that these guys have built decks before, as the job they did on mine is so poor. They used the wrong post bases, and poored the footings below grade so they fill with water. Had to demo the concrete pad to keep the posts dry. They ordered the wrong railings, allegedly by accident, but I suspect to try and cut costs off the job. The trim of the stairs was abysmal, cut ends of the composite boards showing and freehand cuts that look like my toddler did them. Had to rip out the stairs and redo it. The deck boards are installed poorly and are dipping and bulging one year later. Do yourself a favor and find someone else."

"Fantastic! Joe went above and beyond in his effort to please us. His prices are very reasonable, his work perfect and attention to detail made all the difference. He brought us into this century with his design of the railing. He spaced the planks to lessen the change of wood rotting. He patiently applied paint samples so i could pick the right color paint. I am so thrilled with the results and so are my neighbors! My neighbors admired his work and hired him also."

"It was amazing 🤩 I made a call to MAS and Harold and Lauren were at my home the next day. Harold, Pete and Gabrielle were extremely hard working and so courteous and such a joy to work with!! I actually was so pleased with the deck that I asked for a quote on vinyl fencing. I would strongly recommend this company for any work needed. It means so much when the actual owner of the company comes and does the work alongside his employees. I did happen to see one horrible review from someone who was 100% 😑. It was actually the only bad review so clearly it was not the fault of MAS but rather the idiot that posted such an incredibly inaccurate and incorrect review. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and take it from me, I can really be a PITA when things are getting done at my home but not once was I ever meant to feel like I was being a PITA. The customer service skills of Harold and Lauren and their team is remarkable!!!"
