"Mr. Richardson has been in the carpet installation business for over 20 years and now runs several installation crews that install new carpet under his supervision. To make my comments short and to the point he is absolutely Marvelous and his price even more marvelous! By using an extremely expensive "stretcher" and slides under the heavy Mission Furniture he straightened out all the folds/wrinkles in approximately 1 hour and the cost of his services prompted me to ask if he was sure that was all he charged? Highly recommend as he and his company are absolutely superb and extremely reasonable in Price!"

"We worked with Mo at Issis and Sons. Mo took the time to get to know us and the kind of home we lived in to determine our best type of carpet. He also managed the removal of our old surface and install of our carpet and checked up on the progress and notified us of the timeline of the whole process. The carpet took 3-4 days to arrive from California--which he told us to expect. Our carpet was installed by David and David was very courteous and professional. All in all we had a great experience with Issis and Sons and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or flooring.  <br /> We will definitely keep them in mind when we inevitably have to look for a rug or new flooring options for out house. <br />"

"The areas that Roland cleaned came out nicely; however, he only went two feet into one of the bedrooms (it was at the end of the hallway and may have been a tough stretch for the hose) leaving the rest uncleaned and did not clean the linen or coat closet though instructed to do so. I was charged for what was not cleaned. When I discovered the error I called the company and was told they would ask the technician about it but did not receive a return call after that talk or the offer of a refund for the services not completed. Based upon this, I could not recommend their service to others."

We are very pleased with the results. It was a very labor intensive, tedious job requiring much more cutting</p> <p>of tiles to match up with the old tiles in the rest of the bathroom.
