I called Luan, told him the issue and within the hour he was here climbing up on my roof while there was still snow there and during the rain! Wow. He did the repair needed, also took the time to look over and seal any areas that needed a patch. He is was fair with his assessment of the work that was need and advised what will be needed in the future.
