"Great work! The team went above and beyond to make my porch look and be as safe and beautiful as ever!!! Pricing very appropriate"

"We recently had a fantastic experience with Jim / OHI. They built us a beautiful new deck and installed a patio door, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. When we ran into unexpected building and zoning issues with the town, they were incredibly flexible and worked with us to adjust the project. Instead of the larger deck we originally planned, they created a stunning patio in that space, which turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, and the results have transformed our backyard. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend OHI to anyone considering a deck or patio project."

"It went very smoothly and efficiently. Work was done very quickly. George and his team were great. We hadn’t talked about the lattice for the deck and George was very helpful and got it done. Appreciate the help from George and his team. I am very pleased with the deck and patio. Thanks."

"Patrick helped me repair some siding on my house and did a great job. He showed up on time and communicated well throughout this small job."

"Can somebody enjoy and connect with the company of roofing personnel . I doubt. Many finish their work and vanish. What makes Steve & Sons different is the way they understand the needs of the customer. The team excel in meeting with the client ahead and in analyzing all the aspects of the work along with what can and cannot be expected . This gives a better idea of the work schedule and work details involved. They did a great job with our Asphalt shingle roof installation. We appreciate their work and dedication. Steve says he talks a lot , but thatâ s a good quality in this business to communicate things well. Thanks again."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"Mickey performed excellent work at my house. I hired him to fix my retaining wall and steps at first then secondly my basement was mess with water coming in. Mickey helped with demo as I decided to remodel the basement as well, then he waterproofed my entire basement. Finally, he leveled out my basement floor. The work was absolutely immaculate and on top of that he was extremely helpful throughout the process and not once did I ever have to stress or worry. Great service and a great guy. I highly recommend Mickey if you need ANY type of masonry or stone work."

"Hiring Elson, Ardi and their team was a great choice from Day One. Their proposal was well conceived, the price was very competitive, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Dismantling and removing the old roof deck on our co-op in midtown Manhattan and replacing it entirely with a well designed new one was a big job but was finished remarkably quickly. Plus, Elson made several recommendations that greatly improved final result. As President of our co-op, I would unequivocally recommend this company."

"I had a very positive experience with MX Remodeling. They did a great job with my Porch and would definitely recommend them."
