"Milo was very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to do annual maintenance on my tankless water system as well as flush it out. He discovered that the pump run constantly and that shouldn’t be happening. The result is my house is always 80° if I keep it plugged in so I always keep it unplugged. He diagnosed that the pump needs to be replaced but wasn’t absolutely positive if that would solve my heating problem. He’s supposed to be getting me a bid on replacing the pump, but I haven’t heard back from him. I would probably hire him again."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

Charles Hassa did an excellent job explaining our options, providing guidance and answering our questions about the project. The installation technicians did an outstanding job with the installations. They were wonderful about communicating when they would be arriving on site, describing their work, responding to our requests, and cleaning up the job site. Charles and the installation teams, and everyone that we worked with at Washington Energy Services were all very knowledgeable, professional and experienced."

"Not only was Noel punctual and reliable, he was easy to talk to and a wealth of information. One or our 2 hot water heaters had leaked badly so we needed it replaced. The second heater was old so we decided to replace that too. We considered replacing the two with one bigger one. Noel helped us make decisions on that and if we should get the more efficient ( but more expensive) energy heaters.
He gave us a bid which he stuck to even though we ended up needing new pans (the old ones had holes in them). He also corrected some of the configurations in the piping and venting that had not been done well when the original tanks had been installed. He does very quality work. After he was all done I mentioned that I probably would need him back to take a look at a toilet that tended to run. He spend 15 minutes adjusting it without charging me a thing!

"I was thankful that Danika Plumbing was so responsive. We had a leaking water heater. I was disappointed that in spite of requesting an energy efficient water heater multiple times to customer service and to the installers themselves, a non-energy star heater was installed. They were late to the scheduled appointment and therefore outside of the window of my availability (I had to leave multiple times during the install) for me to give proper supervision of the task-- which I shouldn't have had to given my request was made multiple times."
