"The remodeling of my guest bath went very smoothly. I had few ideas as to what I wanted, but thanks to Nathan's design help, I was able to select the items that fit my concept. Many reviews talk mainly about the job and the results, but there is one important area that is often neglected: the working crew. Without exception his guys, besides being highly competent, were both respectful and considerate at all times. I strongly recommend this company!"

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"The KN Remodeling team did an excellent job at our home completely remodeling 3 bathrooms, painting our entire home and rebuilding a huge planter outside. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. The team was professional, very friendly, worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and I would highly recommend them."

"Construction Masters just finished building an additional room in my home as well as building a bathroom from scratch. I am completely blown away! I had very specific plans when it came to this room addition and new bathroom. They met and exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re planning any kind of construction in your home and you want a company that is respectful, skilled, and timely you should give them a call. My house has become my dream home. I'm really enjoying it!"

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben. We highly recommend Ben for any remodeling, building, or construction project!"

"The adage “You get what you pay for” rings true with MF Construction. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. Mike showed us several of his projects as well as his own custom home. We were extremely impressed with the end results. After reviewing several competitive bids, we selected Mike because of his 40+ years of experience in building high-quality homes. During the construction of our ADU, Mike was just a text or phone call away. He kept us informed of upcoming events and visited our job site almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. He was present at all 12 of the City inspections. Every step along the way, we noted the high quality of materials Mike uses from the Ganahl lumber to the thick insulation and roofing paper to the copper pipes and shower hot mop, and mold-resistant drywall. Mike uses materials which meets or exceeds code requirements. Everyone on Mike’s team is extremely skilled in his/her craft, many having worked with him for decades. Mike is old school and does not take any shortcuts. Along with high quality construction and materials, Mike is extremely efficient. Our ADU was completed in four months, as promised. Progress was made every day. From the rough work to the finishes, Mike scheduled his team members just in time which resulted in an extremely efficient and smooth workflow. Mike builds with his heart. His passion is infectious which inspires his team members to do their best work. The results are evident in the finished product. Our neighbors and friends are extremely impressed with the quality and build of our ADU. If you value a well-built home and appreciate attention to detail, you will not be disappointed with Mike Maman. You WILL get what you pay for with MF Construction."

"Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"The initial price was good but we had to do a change order once the gutters were demo'd, and they did not replace 100% of what was existing as gutters with the price they gave me. There was an existing overhang on the front door that was removed and not replaced when I thought that was part of the contract. I paid more than what I planned but they did the work fast and good and on weekends. Communication was fine."

"We recently completed our home construction project with this company, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Building a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, transparency, and dedication made the process smooth and enjoyable. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our vision, offered practical suggestions, and kept us informed at every stage of the build. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget, with no surprises along the way. The quality of work truly stands out. The finishes are flawless, the structure feels solid and well-built, and every detail reflects their commitment to excellence. The crew was respectful, punctual, and maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the construction. We highly recommend this construction company to anyone looking to build their home."
