I came home to find the motorcycle kickstand sunk 2" into the asphalt, which was so soft I could peel it back with my fingers. This makes me wonder about the quality of materials used. H&F promised to fill the hole within a week. That was 30 days ago. No one has come, and they've stopped responding to mails. The terms of the contract hold them not liable for anything that happens after a year (fair enough). If I come home to find the car sunk in asphalt next summer, there will still be time to take this to small claims court if needed. Hope the asphalt will have cured more by then."
