"I initially hired this company because my radon fan outside of my house was making loud noises. I wanted someone to help me turn the fan off and needed an electrician. When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician.
