Professional manner good response.  Called for second application did not have to call them. It did help my lawn.  Did not go for the continuous service to the lawn as it wasn't in my budget as this time.

"It went very well. First, Gwyny came, looked over the job and gave an estimate very quickly.  Second, the foreman came to the house on the day before the job was to be done and also looked over what was required.  On the agreed date, the complete crew arrived on time.  They did an excellent job, as agreed.  The crew also cleaned up the entire area, and left it absolutely free of debris.  The foreman and his crew were also very courteous and pleasant.  I would use Bottoms Up again anytime I would need a tree or landscaping service, without any hesitation."

"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"Wes and his crew have worked with us before (May 2016 - see prior review ) so our expectations were high based on the prior high-quality experience. They exceeded our high expectations in terms of quality and time to get the job done. His description of his company states 'we build your dreams' and this could not be more accurate. We thought about this space for quite some time and had very specific requests about building materials (we wanted Ipe hardwood and particular stones and particular lights and a particular avocado tree!). He took our poorly drawn sketch and turned it into our dream side yard. Turned out as we expected only the color of the wood really pops and looks amazing against the rock. As with the last job, he pays attention to all of the unseen structural details - the stepping stones are all cemented in and level, the planters - while appearing to be above ground - are all anchored and level. This team really does pay attention to detail and doesn't just throw things together. I have to say - I did not even bother getting a competing bid because our prior experience with Wes was so great and we are so happy with the quality of the work. We'll have him out one more time for a final project we have planned in a year or two - have to dream it up! I told Wes he is always welcome to use our yard as a 'reference' - it is a dream come true space."

Price was reasonable both times--sorry, can't remember what we paid, but it was lower than other tree guys. We'll hire again when this giant mulberry gets too big again."

"Well, after fighting these gophers 4 times, Catch came out and gassed and poisoned them again. I'm hoping for a good result this time. I think the trick is constant monitoring of this lawn, which will be done. I was unaware that these gophers can migrate through freeways from the neighbors."
