Mario's team was very professional with installation of new floor and refinishing existing floor. They went the extra mile to insure we were happy with results. 70 year old floor looks amazing and the new floor matches well. "Monteros Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job of sanding and refinishing my wood floor. Javier and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and on time. I have had my floor done before by other local companies, but in my opinion Monteros does a superior job for less. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Absolutely the best contracting experience I have ever experienced! Very professional, prompt, excellent communications, no price gouging, employees treated excellently, very very clean, caring and respectful to me and my wife.
I can't say enough great stuff about this company, Brian is an awesome owner and as others have stated, works and speaks straight from the heart. His team of installers were incredible.
It seems strange to say so much good about this company like it's a perfect company but our experience was suburb. We will be hiring them again to do more work for us.
Oh, I almost forgot, we loved, loved, loved the flooring! We had the Brazilian Tiger Wood installed. AWESOME rich color!

"Dan and his team did an exceptional job on our floors. The floors look great and are holding up well under my families constant abuse.  I took three bids on the project and now know that I made the right choice. Thank you Dan!

"Job was well done. Easy to schedule; work performed within about a week after I accepted their bid. They were also flexible in rescheduling the job after some older flooring needed to be removed before they could install the new flooring material. I also appreciate the Contractor's willingness to come up with a low cost option as well as a higher-priced option, and let me decide what would best make sense for the room."

"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort. Highly recommended for any water damage difficulties."
