"I am truly impressed with the professionalism of this company. Richard inspected my attic and gave me a quote and explained how much per square foot of insulation which was at the lower end of the national average. Richard showed up to my residence exactly on time. The workers led by Randy showed up on the date and time as promised. The insulation was installed and I looked in the attic afterwards and could see the insulation was installed evenly at the same depth everywhere needed. The final price was exactly as quoted."

"I hired Insulation Commandos to remove old and improperly installed batt insulation from the crawl space under the first floor of my home. Matt Rich came to the home. We both went into the crawl space, where he explained what needed to be done. He then ordered new R30 batt insulation of the proper thickness. Two days later, the work crew of Alex and Carson came early in the morning and took down the old insulation, bagged it up in the crawl space, and removed it to a large trailer to be hauled away. They were then joined by Matt and the three of them installed the new R30 batts under 1,000 square feet of flooring and did spray foam “air sealing” around all pipes that went through the floor. The entire job was completed in about 6 hours with no wasted materials. Matt went into the crawl space with me multiple times before, during and after the job to explain the “where, what, how, and why” of insulation. Because I am a “need to see and understand” guy, I really appreciated Matt."

"Danny insulated our home that was built in the late 70's and our electric bill was cut by more than 1/3! He did excellent quality work, was done when he said he would be done, kept a very clean jobsite and we have nothing but great things to say. We are planning on using him on our new build very soon."

"Eric and his crew are true professionals. They show up on time, and do excellent work. They show a lot of pride in their work. Very good pricing, and you definitely get the depth of foam you pay for. I highly recommend."

"These guy were quick to respond to us the first time for an estimate for installing insulation in our tornado damaged home. They offered a fair price and we made an appointment to do the work for us. They showed up 15 minutes early to install the insulation and finished the quickly and throughly. Everything was do as agreed in a professional manner."

"The install went very smooth. The owner came and explained everything to me."

"I have a construction background but was unfamiliar with encapsulation as I just moved to Georgia. After extensive review of the encapsulation systems that were available in the area, and the price difference, I concluded the Crawl Space Doctor was a good fit. The main reason I chose the Crawl Space Doctor was because of their system. The other system was double the cost of the Crawl Space Doctor, so I carefully reviewed the difference and felt I would be getting equal benefits. I selected a 90 mil film for my project. Greg was very prompt and articulate in explaining his system and how his team would complete the work. Greg and his team did excellent work. They took out all of the debris under the house, informed me of a few problems they detected and repaired, then went to work putting the encapsulation system in place. They were very efficient. The crawlspace is doing exactly what I expected. The benefits of the Crawl Space Doctor's system are these: I am breathing better air quality. I am noticing a difference in the temperature of the house with reduced cooling costs, and expect the same on my heating costs. My insulation and floor joists are no longer moist and susceptible to mold. My heating and cooling ductwork will last longer with the humidity gone from the area. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. He has been doing encapsulations for years and is an expert in the field. His team does the work, but he personally oversees the project. You are in good hands with Greg McBride of the Crawl Space Doctor!! You will not regret spending less for top quality!"

"Upgraded our outdated blown-in insulation to spray foam insulation. Very happy with the results and savings in the long run. Our AC unit runs much more efficiently since the insulation upgrade. Brandon communicated well throughout the process."

"Friendly, professional and did exactly what was asked, and maybe a bit more. He came in, did the job, cleaned up and was gone. Absolutely no issues with his work. I would recommend him highly!"
