After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. "They can out Jan 2, 2018 and provided a quote for 85 feet treated pine fence 6 ft tall and one 4x6ft gate. Price included haul away of old fence. I returned the signed permit application on 2/6 and my Tenant advised me that the repair was completed by 3/11. Fencing was all new material, and looked nice. Contractors cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old fence in accordance with the contract. I did not complete a thorough inspection until after my Tenant moved out July 1, 2018 and by then entire sections were coming off as the runners were nailed the posts with a single nail per runner. I did not call Seminole to fix the issue, but rather went out and added a second nail to each runner where it was attached a post. The gate they replace had the hardware misaligned so it wouldn't stay latched. Again, I just fixed it myself rather than calling seminole. These were little problems. And I could've given Seminole a chance to fix them, but I shouldn't have to for a company with their good reputation. That's why they received a B instead of an A."

"Alex was very professional and he did an outstanding job. He figured out a better placement for the fence, installed new, better latches and now it's a lot easier to open it up. The old fence was so tense, it required two people to open it. Overall very pleased."

"They were really nice. They did a great job. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, he showed me many options, he walked my land with me, talked about my old fence and told me some things I could do that I was having problems with there that didn't make use of any money. So he is really personable, I thought they were extremely professional and I would use them again. But when I'm looking at the back of my fence I would have rather had them put a middle section in and then went evenly on each side instead they started it at the end of the whole panel and when they got to the right they cut that panel to fit. So if you're doing tile work or anything you usually start in the middle and then they go out from the outside, so when I look at my fence once side of it there's a panel which is so short and that drives me nuts but I don't think that's anything, maybe they could do a little bit better there but I don't really complain about it just because I was very happy with their service. He kept in touch with me, he got back with me on estimates immediately, he worked around my schedule, they came just like they said they were coming and they had a great clean up. They didn't leave a mess out there or anything and I love them. I would use them again. They did a really nice black aluminum fence around the pool and he knew like what pool standards. I asked him for a lot of other options that weren't going to be as expensive and he went through all of those with me and gave me prices on all of them and talked to me about it and everything. I really like him. My mum and my step father came back and they are very elderly and they made it a point to speak to them and everything, which that's a big deal to me. They are really personable."
