"As most of us know when we do a remodeling project, it is real hard to find good and honest people to complete your project. Fortunately, I found Leo and Yonathan from SkyTech Builders to help me with remodeling and repairing two of the bathrooms in my family's 4-Plex building. They were very honest, polite and helpful each step of the process from start to finish. The are very patient and suggested materials and design but always thinking about quality and your budget. Overall the experience with Leo and Yonathan was top notch and we were very satisfied with the finished product. We will definitely be using Sky Tech Builders for our future construction projects."

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!"

"It went well. There were some surprises. Damaged shingles and structural damage were discovered once we were underway. This lengthened the duration and cost of the project. Fortunately Sigura has carpentry capabilities in addition to their painting skills and were able to make the needed repairs before resuming the painting. The rest went without a hitch."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
