I called in the morning and spoke to Paul. He explained their policy but I told him I was a return customer and knew the drill. He gave me an appointment window of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM the very same day! He called back again later in the morning to confirm again the times. At 2:00 PM Drew Moeaki arrived, reviewed the cost and procedures, and got to work. Drew was fast, detailed, neat, and professional. "What a great experience! After moving, my dryer started overheating, was not venting properly and kept shutting off. Mark arrived after a call from his office alerting me that he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Without even asking (or expecting!), he reconnected the dryer vent which we had unconnected to see if we could fix the problem. After noting that we had recently moved into the house, he checked out our kitchen appliances and gave me all the and quot;do's and don'tsand quot; for everything. Price was so reasonable.
