"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"The project was a combination of siding repair and install. The quality of the work was great. The project started on time and ended on the estimated date. The process was very smooth from the original assessment to completion of the the project. I discussed with Ruston the possibility of painting all exterior wood trim. My home is a Cape Cod style, so there would not be a lot of wood to paint. After inspecting the wood, Ruston suggested pressure washing instead of painting. He explained the paint was in good shape, just needed some cleaning. His suggestion saved me money. The suggestion indicated to me that he is interested in serving his customers. Of course he is interested in making money for his company, but not at the customer's expense. I was comfortable from the beginning. The process was clearly explained to me and the pressure wash recommendation earned my complete trust. The end product reinforced the company's competence doing quality work. I would definitely use Vail-Syde going forward."
