"From receiving our estimate till gutter installation, the entire process went smoothly. Pitched Rite promptly emailed my estimate and was flexible in scheduling the installation to fit my schedule availability request. Marcus ran a two man crew and installed our gutters as scheduled in a timely manner. Our gutters looks beautiful and they are taking care of the rain as a gutter should. I highly recommend contacting Pitched Rite when in need of new gutters, you will not be disappointed!"

"Oscar did a fabulous job replacing vinyl on basement stairs! He carefully and diligently removed and replaced the old vinyl, glue and strips, He put cording on the step sides to cover a gap between the step and wall - finished product looks beautiful! He also secured a bathroom vanity prior to replacing the caulk.. He ordered and replaced stripped window cranks. Overall, Oscar was very professional, attended to detail and kept me informed throughout the project. Excellent work!"

"My gutters look GREAT now. Would use again. I asked for an estimates first on 1) gutter cleaning, 2) installing gutter screens if any were missing, and 3) installing a fan vent (just the exterior vent cover). The estimate we great. They had misunderstood and were ready to do the work. I had to tell them I was waiting for other estimates. A day later, MGL reached out to see if I would accept, which saved me the call. They worked quickly and the work was well done. They are friendly and care very much about the quality of work. I have to be honest that there was some miscommunication about what the estimate covered. If I worked with them again, I would put in writing what I wanted done (pictures might have helped) and had MGL put in writing what the estimate was. This is just my advice to you and I encourage you to use their services. The fact they could also replace a missing vent cover was truly impressive. I was asked to supply the vent cover and they quickly installed it."

"I really enjoyed working with this company. The estimator was polite and knowledgeable and efficient with communication. The installer was friendly and in a good mood even though the old gutter guards were difficult to remove. He straightened and correctly angled the existing gutters before installing new guards. When done the installer showed me the photos of the work he had done so I didn?t need to climb the ladder to inspect the work. I recommend this company. BK"
