After some frantic phone calls to roofing companies, Roofx responded right away and even sent someone out on a Saturday to look at my roof. "Simpson's Painting and Repairs painted the exterior of my two story house. They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"I was using them and they are really inexpensive. I have an acre and a third, and what happen with them is they send somebody different every time who has a lawn mower he just runs across your lawn. Your not gonna get a acre and a third for no  $35 a week but that's what I got 35 bucks a cut so their price was outstanding but sometimes depending on who is mowing it they mow it high, sometimes they would chop it it's mow too, I didn't like the inconsistency of it. 

They came regularly, they came every week you never had to call them or complain or anything they were always there, very prompt."
