"Mr. Fullerâ s crew is top notch. They are like a highly trained elite military unit. It was quite evident that everyone on the crew knew their job and did it well. Mr. Fuller is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Honest, fair, timely, responsive to our needs, and just an all-around good guy. We should all strive to have his work ethic. Then we truly will make America Great Again. Mr. Fuller replaced the roof on my house and detached garage and did it in one day. This normally scares me because my gut instinct is what corners are being cut to complete the work so fast. No corners were cut. They complete the work fast because his crew is that good and efficient. The roof prep after the tear off was awesome. They found multiple spots of rot in the roof decking. They cut out the rot and replaced it with new decking. In fact, I watched for a bit and told the crew member what a great job he did replacing the rotten wood. He pointed out the next spot he was going to fix. From ground level, it looked fine to me. That is when I realized that me being out there to make sure they are doing a good job was just a waste of my time. Towards the end of a long hard day, they found some weak wood on the edge of the roof of the detached garage. Even though they had 7 crew members working on the roof, they stopped so they could replace the edge of the decking. I have no doubt all the shingles will stay on the roof during strong winds because I know the nails were driven into solid wood. At the end of the day, they were cleaning up and putting their equipment in their trucks. Poco, the crew leader told me he thinks the crew put one of my tarps in the truck. I told him donâ t worry about it; he could keep it. The next morning, he came back to my house to make sure everything was cleaned up good. He brought the tarp back with him. Poco also saw a nail in one of the tires of my van and he stopped what he was doing to show me. The nail was not from replacing the roof. It was quite obvious it had been there for some time. So today I took the van to get the tire fixed. The nail made its way into the sidewall of the tire which can be very dangerous. I think most contractors would of not mentioned it because they would be afraid the homeowner would think it came from their crew. Thanks, Poco for looking out for me and my family! Thanks Mr. Fuller and the rest of the crew for the great job you did."

"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

"I had Music City Roofers come out months ago to do an inspection. Ryan Johnson was very enthusiastic about getting my roof replaced and getting my insurance company to pay for it. The next step was having my insurance company out while Ryan was here to have my insurance company a**** the damages. Ryan informed me that he will remove a shingle and send it off for testing. That’s the last I’ve heard from him or this company. I called and texted Ryan over the course of 3 months and would get excuses of Sickness and even telling me he’s busy with another customer but promised to call me back. Never did! 3 months later I called the company directly and spoke with the receptionist. She promised to forward my complaint of no contact from Ryan and to have the management call me back ASAP. 1 week later still no calls. Guess the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree at this company. If management can’t even reach back out to a customer I guess it’s silly of me to expect a professional response from their sales team. Moving on to another roofing company. I suspect what happened is that my insurance didn’t approve a full replacement so their big pay day turned into minor repairs so they moved on to bigger and better pay days. I do not recommend this company for obvious reasons. It’s sad that they couldn’t have at least had the professional courage to simply say, “sorry, we can not help you with your roof”"
