"Sergio made two drywall repairs for me. First, the living room ceiling where a water leak had damaged the drywall in four places. Second, a cutout in the bedroom wall adjacent to the garage where I had installed an air conditioner temporarily. Sergio explained what he was doing and was careful to clean up when the jobs were complete. The drywall had different textures in the two places, and he was able to match the textures exactly! "Give these guys a B+, never received a written estimate for the work to be done. Nor was I provided a receipt when the work was completed. The two man crew did a good job in painting the areas I needed done, did two coats and completed in the time that was stated. Left remaining paint so I could do any touch-ups, which I needed to touch up the stairs. I would hire them again when we paint the rest of the house."

I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"Excellent job completed. S&D Brushworks sent out a work team—consisting of Giovanni Gomez who appeared to lead the work crew, Francisco, Jeremiah, and John Skalaba. Also Wayne, one of the business’ owners, personally installed the baseboard. The workers arrived on time and totally cleaned up before leaving each day. The business gave me an estimate of 7 days to complete the work, but they finished in 6. Also the workmen cordoned off what amounted to a “small apartment” for me so that I could comfortably remain in the house without being exposed to the fumes and dust. S&D Brushworks did a perfect, beautiful, extremely professional job. I totally recommend them without question!"
