"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "I can't describe the sound of the blockage when it was cleared, but there was no question what the sound meant or the smile on my face. We've used them several times over the years and service has always been great. I showed Jose M the issue and pointed him to the closest clean-out. After quite a bit of effort it seemed he was running into a serious obstruction. Jose asked about another clean-out and started searching around the perimeter. He found one that I'd forgotten about as it had never been used, and sure enough, water was backed up in it. He snaked it and ran into a major obstruction about 35 feet in. After repeated attempts to clear it, he suggested we needed to camera the line. He called 'the boss' who headed over, and Jose continued trying to clear the line. And Murphy's Law, just before the boss arrived he got the line cleared. Again, what a wonderful sound! Greg arrived shortly after and even though the line seemed clear, ran the camera through it (no extra charge). Good move, he ran the camera to the city's line, and pointed out a couple spots that were problems waiting to happen. Knowing what we may be facing in the future is a relief. My original estimate was $77. Final cost $77. And that was on a Saturday! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!"

"Michael Dove offered replacement for two fans or chandeliers for $69.00. I informed him that my ceilings were 15' high. He gave me an amended bill prior to installation as the height required an additional charge. I was very agreeable to the amount. He arrived on time. Michael assessed the jobs and completed it in a timely manner. Throughout he was courteous and professional. He removed all materials. I was impressed with his willingness to complete the job in the bedroom where he placed all the crystals on the chandelier. I hadn't expected the extra service. 
I am completely satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to recommend him.

"I got a great deal on a new Bradford White water heater for $750 which included install.  Edgar from Edrooter came out and performed the install. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job.  The price was a little more than just the $750. There was an additional $150 charged for extra work that needed to be done that wasnt included in the original offer. New hoses and shut off value were replaced. This was totally understandable given what they looked like and I really appreciate him spotting the problem and taking care of it before it became a bigger issue.
I was extremely pleased with the look of the installation and would be happy to use them again in the future. Edgar took the time to walk me through how the unit works and how to maintain a water heater. I was impressed that he was on time and didnt stop or take a break until the job was done.
A friend of mine paid $1400 for the same water heater and install with a different company. It was an incredible deal
