"They are great, definitely would recommend. They were very thorough made sure we would not have the same problem again. We have put them on a contract to come every 3-4 months to clear our lines."

"I received good and professional service to unclog a patio drain and there was good attention to detail. Also, I appreciated the recommendation that further and more expensive work would be needed to clear one other drain, and opted not to do that at the time, instead of paying for work that would not have been effective."

"Ali and Rafael were clean, friendly and careful . Installed toilet and hydro jetted kitchen/laundry line to main sewer line and main sewer to the street in less than 4 hours. Responded by phone in 10 minutes."

"Andy at Rooter Hero Plumbing was fantastic! He came on time, cleared my drain and gave me a good price. I highly recommend their services and will be highly them again for more work in the future!"

"Alex and his co-workers did an "outstanding" job re-piping and replacing our "disintegrating" cast iron main sewer line-untouched since 1959-as well as having our newly installed 4" ABS pipes lined (upstream and downstream) from the clean outs in the front yard. From start-to-finish, Alex and his team mapped out an intelligent strategic solution, in order for us to maximize our current/future plumbing needs. Alex and his crew demonstrated "superior" customer care and service- always going the "extra mile", even on Sunday-to make sure that our project was done "correctly" and "on budget". My wife and I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" Alex and his crew at "A&A PLUMBING" (619-771-5904) to "ANYONE" experiencing any/all plumbing problems at their home/office! Our heartfelt "thanks" and "apprecation" for a job "WELL DONE"!!"

Got a deal for $39 for sewer line video for a property in escrow , John came out great guy , easy going good sense if humor yet maintains professionalism. He actually performed two different videos for me sewer and main line
Sewer came up with minor issues he showed me exactly and explained what was occurring.
I had him come a week later after finding out that the main line runs under slab foundation so I decided I needed a second video of the main line. When he came out he noticed there's only a one way clean so he tried to camera through toilet to my disappointment his camera would go through the toilet pipe, he explained that it's due to all the narrowness and corrosion from old galvanized piping.
I got no actual video inspection of the main line he says he still has to charge me $150 for the service that I didn't get, I didnt fight the fee because I felt that it was due to the condition of the pipes and I at least know what to expect. My husband did ask for him to bring down the $150 since he didn't actually run the camera down any piping but john said he couldn't bring the fee down any further since it was already at a reduced price. Before calling them I did shop around for this type of service and this company was the cheapest.
I'm not happy that I paid and I really didn't get a true video inspection but it was due to the condition of pipes. john did look for a second clean out but the property only had one a one way clean out which led to the city and not back into the house.
