"They cleaned the brushes on the side of my wood fence and left it really shiny. Instead of putting the stuff under the gate when they stained it, they put it all down on the pavers so that was a mess. It’s disintegrating little by little. They said that they could call the pavers out and remove the fence but told them I just can’t go through that right now. "Tim, the owner, and I first spoke on the phone regarding the scope of the project. I gave him the deck measurements and sent him photos. He then came out promptly to look at my cedar deck and review the work that needed to be done. He explained all the steps that would be completed to bring my deck back to a good condition and answered all my questions.
