"I called this company last month to do a water repiping for a rental. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and competence of these guys. However, at my own residence, I called a prominent plumbing company, one that advertises heavily, to fix a leaking pressure relief valve on a water tank they installed. This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."

"first off the process to replace a cooling system is a multi-day process. the first apt was a quote, the person came out and was on time and answered all my questions then was able to provide a price on the spot. the 3 other companies did not show up on time, and were definitely less friendly. all 4 companies I spoke too were all within reason, comparable on pricing, but I think the history of Perry along with the people I had dealt with on the phone and at my house made me decide to go with them. I was able to schedule the install very quickly, within a week. the installers showed up ion time and were able to get rite to work, they seemed well trained knowledgeable and well prepared. the whole process went very smoothly. and at the end the installer went over my new thermostat to make sure that it was set up how I could use it and how I wanted it to work. I have been very pleased so far with the process.
