"We were having problems with a few of our electrical outlets and the bathroom fixtures not working properly and needed to get a professional to take a look at it. We called The Service Company on a Tuesday and they someone at our home on Friday, which happened to be Good Friday. The technician came in and looked at everything and he knew immediately what the problem was. He went to pick up the parts that he needed, came back and installed the parts. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state.
