"I have used Total Focus Lawn Service for over four years now. I have never had any complaints or problems with their service. This lawn service does outstanding work and always show up to keep the lawn looking good. They also replaced my mail box and pressure washed my siding, did a good job."

"He crawled up into the attic from a small opening in a bedroom closet. Thank goodness he was small enough to fit through the hole. He did have to use my ladder to go into the entry into the attic. He worked without stopping, called and got the parts he needed and returned within a couple of hours. He also checked the units outside to make sure everything out there was working well. The repair was a little more than I had anticipated, but after the repair we had heat in the upstairs and the downstairs and our gas bill was less because it worked more efficiently. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"He and his team simply painted without patching small holes and cracks. When finished, he poured paint in the shower and down the shower drain. I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. The janitorial service cleaned the dried paint out of the shower by attaching a brush to a floor buffer. I have not heard from him."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
