"We hired Tracey twice. First time was when our electric water was leaking. Not only did he install a new one but he also discovered our house had extremely high water pressure which had caused 2 premature heater failures. He installed a new pressure regulator to bring the water pressure within the specs of all water heaters. The 2nd job Tracey did for us was a garbage replacement. Every install he has done for us is of high quality. Last but not least, Tracey is very professional, polite and friendly. Rick W."

"Alex and another technician arrived on time, put on their shoe covers and immediately went to work. The problem was diagnosed as a dry trap in our drain pipe which had caused the loud sound that we had been hearing from the last two weeks. They explained why it had happened and what we needed to do to prevent it. They were very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services if I have a need in the future."
