"Our repair person, Greg, worked hard to resolve our problem with the refrigerator middle drawer door. It had not been installed properly from day one. It was not something that could be determined easily. In addition to being misaligned, although there were holes drilled, screws had been left out that should have kept the door connection mechanism from coming loose! It was only a matter of time before it would have come off. He was able to resolve the alignment problem and found screws that would ensure the door would stay in place. The door feels solidly in place now!"

He showed up a little early and I was thrilled. We talked about the jobs I needed help with along with the niceties of experience and insurance etc., and cost. I agreed to have him do the work and expected to schedule another day to get it done. But no, he was willing to do the work right then. It was my lucky day! (Please note it may not be your lucky day) He had to pick up some parts and supplies and completed everything we had talked about. And this was after fulfilling his day-to-day job responsibilities.
