"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

As with most large scale projects, unforeseen issues came up during the renovation and Aaron always took the time to show me the issues and offer various options on how to resolve.  I never felt Aaron was trying to gouge me on costs for any of these added repairs after our contract was signed nor did I ever feel any of the things he identified were not legitimate issues. I never felt that he was just trying to increase the scope of the job to get mor money. It seems that he often completed most of these additional repairs at his cost.  Anytime there was a question of his workers quality or workmanship, no matter how trivial, he always took care of the issue without charging more or making excuses. He consistently and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with his work and the finished product, from his first day on the job until his last day.  It shows that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in making his customers happy at any cost. <br /> After everything was said and done, we were extremely pleased with the way in which Aaron not only handled each task (no matter how trivial) that came up during my job, but my wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of our project. What sets Aaron apart from other contractors is his keen ability to listen to what you want, make creative suggestions and offer tradeoffs, and in the end execute your decision.  After working with Aaron for a month, my wife even let him pick out the color for the paint in our master bath.  He pays close attention to the details in each portion of your project in order to give you great results. His prices were reasonable and I felt like I could trust Aaron to look out for my best interest. He never changed his original bid and the only cost increases were things I added. These adds were negotiated and agreed to before any new work started and Aaron was extremely fair about pricing these. My experience is that this is very hard to find in the construction <br /> industry. "Installation crew on time and discussed exactly what the estimator said was going to happen.  Crews encountered water in two locations next to the failed pier but got their pipe columns into bedrock.  Very professional and pleasant to deal with.  They slowly jacked up the house and we watched the cracks in the walls close up.  Personnel were in the house monitoring all the floor elevations and directed the crew below on which jack to run.  I repaired the wall cracks the next day and here a week and half later no new cracks. <br />"
